We’re the band Marvel at Elephants - we marvel at elephants. It’s the great singer and songwriters from our past and present – the elephants – that we admire. From the beginning of blues and old-time music to folk, jazz and country - we understand ourselves as part of a tradition of writing songs and playing music to find meaning, consolation and joy in life.
We are from Lüneburg, a small town in northern Germany. For reasons we cannot understand we’ve been caught by musical traditions from America.
